cell c couldn't care less

This is my second post on Hello Peter - it's a pity. After numerous calls to your call center I'm left with only empty promises of someone getting back to me, and this NEVER EVER happens!

I'm still waiting to find out why you dipped into my bank account and helped yourself to funds that weren't yours for last months bill, your call center agents seem to be too *********** to explain why or to follow up.

I'm also still experiencing constant signal drops. After 4 weeks of speaking to your technical, call center and social media agents it seems you can't be bothered to correct the problem!
