Cell C Cost me my first property deal!!

Cell C's bad responsiveness has cost me a good deal of buying my 1st property. Previously, I reported Cell C on this platform for a lack in response on their end to investigate an account that was **********ly opened using my names! Eventually, after writing to Hellopeter, they then did their investigation and sent me a letter indicating that I was cleared and the account had been removed under my name. They also said that they would report this issue with the credit beaureu. This did not happen because I was made aware that my name was not cleared with the credit beureu! Cell C outstanding amount still reflects under my name when financial houses do a credit check and sadly I have lost out on buying my very first property because of the impact that this Cell C account has on my profile.
