Cell C *******ION EVERYWHERE

Cell c, wow, I paid Cell C up until I could not pay them any more causing my account to go in arrears and handed over in June 2021. Last payment day was in December 2020.

When doing my calculation I initially owed Cell C roughly R4500. So MBD Attorneys send me an email of wat I should pay and its R11450. I asked MBD to send me a breakdown of how they got there and they told me, that they received the account from Cell C with the amount.

I then called Cell C asked them to check how much I owe as that MBD states I owe a ridiculous amount received by them. They then notified me that my account is not with MBD but with SSDD attorneys if I'm not mistaken. So I asked how is this possible, how did MBD received my account information than, they unable to tell me. I then, asked if they can provide me with a detailed breakdown of how the amount ended up at over R10000, they unable to provide me with that information or let me say that they will get back to me which they never will.

So basically, my account is not with MBD and they are trying to **** me that's what Cell C is referring to and that SSD has my account but I have not received any communication from them.

I am willing to try and settle my account but not that amount. It's crazy how the world is with all this ******* departments like Cell C.

Can someone explain to me how I can take this case further cause that is what Cell C wants.

Maybe than they will let me know how did MBD got hold of my account, got the crazy amount, how Cell C is still not getting back with the breakdown of how the amounts accumulated and how is my account with SSD but not providing any information.

Thank Cell C for nothing. Would like to see if this company will still be alive in the future,doubt it.
