Going now for another week and still my problem not solved. Had a phone call on Friday from a lady that once again promised she’ll sort it out but still no success. The newest I did not pay for October and November but the amounts differ and I was written up before this date. Got proof that I paid as well. So yes everyday something else but still I’m written up and can’t open a contract.

09 Feb 2022, 17:45Eventually I got a call from cell c. Was shocked and at a stage was seeing the light. Cell C has admitted that they changed my banking details without my approval or request and I see this as there fault that I’m in this position. Now they want me to pay first before they clear my name. I feel and have requested them to apologise to me and the company that blacklisted me to clear my name before I make a payment. Once again not my fault and I have to continue to bear the pain. They need to clear my name and give me an account interest and expenses deducted then I can pay. They refuse so then they can make mistakes and I must just continue to be the one that suffers. So fed up.
