CELL C - CORPRATE BULLY

The biggest Corporate Bully's I've ever come across. My account was cancelled with Cell-C in August 2021 by calling their call center and peaking to an agent for almost 20 minutes. The agent tried to retain me and failed and cancelled my acc as well as my debit order. 4 months later I start getting debited again by Cell C. My acc is CLOSED , Stop *****ing clients hard earned money. Many attempts to contact them also failed as well as their client care department. Now they list me on the credit bureau. How sick is this. Calls are recorded , your managers were told to escalate and get the recording , to date NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM CELL C . I don't know why people even use your business with the service u provide. Putrid client service. All you guys do is take our money and when we decide to leave yourl , you do this to make more money for NO SERVICE. I expect a call from a manager , you have my number , but just incase you have an excuse , here it is ***.
