Cell C - Corporate theft & bullying

For the life of me I cannot understand what the hell is wrong with Cell C?

I have been calling in since March to try and cancel my contract which expired last year November. I have spoken amicably to 4 different consultants who have each "processed y cancellation" however each time I call in there is no record of the previous conversation even though I provide them with case numbers? I am being held ransom to pay the month-to-month fee as these idiots won't cancel the contract? I just spoke to Zinzi in the cancellations department and she dropped the call on me when I asked for a case number! Disgusting! I have to keep paying or these *******s will report it as non-payment on my credit profile however, I will definitely be taking this further. I work in the telecom industry for a competitor and I'll definitely make sure that this terrible service becomes better known out there and used to our advantage. You've lost an entire family of subscribers, and it will be my mission to convert as many as I can from your ****ty network.
