Cell c contracts are a **** to boost their poor finances. Beware

People please avoid cell c. It's a **** that's meant to get you in debts to uplift their already dying network. So I have two cell c cell phone contracts. I paid until my maternity leave started and I only earned 30% of my salary. Knowing how important my credit record is, I sent cell c an email to explain my situation. But got no response. I also tried to switch banks with cell c so that they can Debit the account with the least that I heard,but cell c did not respond. Recently I sent a complaint via email on the 24 June 2020 and explained that I have a problem with my account being listed as handed over when I tried to arrange to pay for the account with no luck. And the response to my email was from Bongani Radebe, he/she promised that my complaint will be attended to in two business days from the 24th June 2020.up to today 03 July 2020, nothing has happened and I cannot even run my business with this bad record on my name. So cell c will pick itself up with us? ******** us our hard earned money and ruining our profiles? I even regret ever taking their contract, my brother told me how unprofessional and poor cell c is, but I decided to give them a chance. My entire family is unhappy with this and all 12 of us are going to cancel any relationships we have with these ********. Now cell c says I owe then R35000 and more, just because of missing 3 months payments which is their fault and was R1100 per payment. So how did we get to R35000 and more?
