Cell C contracts
I had a contract agreement with Cell C for 24 months. I paid it successfully for that period of 24 months. Now the contract has ended and I am no longer needing the services, they called several times to renew it and I never did.
They continuously debited after the contract has ended and I called them asking what are those debits for and they said it is continuing which I refused and stopped their debit from my bank.
They called again to say I must pay for the cancelation fee which was never explained during the agreement and to my surprise, I did not cancel the contract but it has ended. Why should I pay for cancelation fee?
Is this fair to rob customers like that on a daylight?
There is no justification of ended contract agreement because I have paid it for 24 months as agreement, why do I need to forced to go beyond that?
Since the agreed 24 months has ended, you have to stop the deductions immediately.
And to make it worse you have given the number to your other customer who is using the number. I am not even using the benefits you are allocating monthly yet you still send me the invoice in which you gave away the number so please remove my name from the credit bureau as it is complicating my life.
I regret ever taking your contract.

Luckily one of your rep called again few months before it ended and I explain that I don't want to extend it. You did not put a note on that one because you had the intention of continuing it without my consent.
