Cell c contract wifi

We signed a cell c WiFi contract which was on special forR299 pmx24, 10 G B daily and 10 G B night, we were clear with the consultant that we don't want any other data if the daily 10 G B and the night 10G B finishes. We were given the daily 10 G B and the night 10 GB and it was used and finished waiting for the next month. On the 30 the June they debited R2420 instead of R299 according to the contract. We went to reverse the money. On the25 July they debited again R2420 we went to the bank again to reverse the money that is not what we agreed with them to debit it was R299 pm for 24 months. We went to inquire to the shop more than three time, the manager at Menlyn called Willy said he will request from cellc headquoters documents filled out by the consultant in order to check if we agreed to any extra data.. The manager never came back to us as promised. We called customer care to explain our problem and gave us the fidpute reference number ********** 244 and they promise us to escalate the case. On the 30 July they debited R3127,45 c, on the 13th August they debited R1563,72 c. On the 15 they debited again R1563,73 c, on the 25 August they debited twice R1563,72 c and R1563,73 c. On the 31August they debited R3998,47. 14 September the account was debited twice R1998,20 c another R1998,24. On the 23 September they debited R1998,23 c, and 30 September the debited twice R1998,23 c and R299,02. We reversed all the debits exept the order of R299,02 because it is the correct amount that we signed for in the contract.

Our effort to resolve this dispute yeiled no result. The case was handed to Christine Pillay in October contact number: ********** 504 reference cc ********** . We contacted her and she requested everything happened and the bank statement. Which we sent to her. We were waiting for her to come back to us.

Cell c on the 1 October were claiming R6132,30 c. Christine Pillay contacted us and informed us that cellc account was R6677,58 c. Instead of coming back to us on the 23 November we were informed that cellc account reference ********** 742 had been handed over to SSDA. SSDA is asking us to pay R6830,34 c if payment done at Picknpay or R6827,49 c if payment made at FNB.

We never refused to owner the contract we signed with cell c but we feel very disappointed in the manner cell c handled the matter. We were expecting cell c to address this problem and allow the execution of the contract. Now they want us to pay for service we never obtained. Our wish is that cellc should recommit itself to owner the contract and provide us with 10 G B of data during the day and 10 G B of data during the night for R299 per month according to the contract that we signed with cell c on the 08/05/2016.

We feel that to pay without any data received is *****ing from us, we are pleading with you HELLOPETER to help us to resolve this matter in satisfactory way for both parties.

We thank you Hello Peter in advance
