CELL C CONTRACT WHICH IS PAID OFF.
I have a contract with Cell C then i missed some payment then they handed me over to credit bereau then now, i paid off my account in 17 July 2022..so now when i request a paid up letter they refuse to give me the letter while Cell C have sent me the statement showing that the account is paid off..they tell me to call SSD when i call SSD they tell me that the account has been handed over to Cell C...SO now i don't know what to do with Cell and i believe SSD story, because after doing payment Cell sent me a statement showing 00 balance..please assist me to get my paid up letter and to remove my name on ITC.

01 Oct 2022, 14:53How long will it take, because you always telling me that story and am tired to hear about it... because it's been two months now hearing that story of you have been escalated the matter to financing department to allocate the payment...while u did sent me statement with 00 balance but you telling me about allocating payment..and I can't do thing due to cell c with red flag.
