Cell C contract which I have not app**** for

I was billed for a Cell phone contract which I have NOT app**** for. I reported the matter on Hello Peter and to Cell C and I was actually very surprised with the quick reponse and thought it was resolved (***** case *** Identy Theft and ITC CC***) Since yesterday I kept on getting sms of being handed over and that I must make payments.What is actually going on?
