Cell C contract waste of time and energy

I app**** for contract and was advised that it has been approved i should expect delivery of my cellphone in a few days. After a week of waiting i contact Cell C to get status of my application. I am advised that my contract was cancelled due to fact that the colour i chose was unavailable. I try to find out why i wasn't called to advise me on the availability of colour I am told its my responsibility to do a follow up. Strange enough during the application stage when there was any extra information needed i was contacted, now because i have completed that process its my responsibility to do a follow up. Ag ill take my business somewhere else.
