Cell C contract upgrade

Good day i took out 2 contracts over the phone around 21 Feb 2023 the one i kept and the other one i cancelled on the same day to take out a new contract at a cell shop in the mall. they told me that they will collect the phones wich was still unopened in the couriers bag. Up until today no one has picked up the phones and i have been calling cell c everyday ever since. The collection depatment is a bunch of ***** when i call them they give me all type of excuses telling me the team leader is on lunch when i call back immediaitely and speak to someonen else they tell me that i must hold on for the teamleader which name is Tabalo or something like that. i am worried that they going to charge me at the end of the month for this contract and phones that i did not use.

please help me i have been with cell c for almost 10 yrs to get this type of service from them. i will definitely change to a new service provider.

these are my reference numbers *** and *** and CCD 458087 number. i hope that someone from Cell C read this and can see what i have been dealing with for the last month and they can check up on voice recordings as well.

after this i would not recommend anyone to take out a contract with Cell C they a bunch of *****!!!!!
