Cell C contract upgrade exchange phone.
Hi I went for my cellphone upgrade today. The service lady convinced me that the HUAwei phone is a better phone than the Samsung J7. I have ask her if I can exchange the HUAWEI within 7 days and she said yes. In one days time I have found that I will not come right with the HUAwei and want to exchange it for the samsung J7. Now the sales lady tells me that she can only replace it if it is damaged. Can you exchange your contract phone for another within 7 days if you are not satisfied?
