Cell C contract Upgrade

On the 27 July I was called by an Indian man that my contact is due for upgrade , he then managed to perused me to take Sony m4 the phone was delivered to my office , I then didn't like the phone and called them immediately after receiving it that they should come collect it. The lady I spoke to said the call could only be logged the following day, I then called them the following they logged the call the 3 working days passed without them coming to collect the phone, I then called them again and the guy I spoke to managed to ensure the phone was collected the following day, today when I called cell c to check the status then phone is not yet captured that it was received from their site today the 14.09.2015 15:00 , its been over a month. Bad service Cell C and please cancel my contract as I cant be dealing with *********** people.
