Cell C contract unusable more than a week now

Its been a week now since my benefits ghas not been loaded onto my account. After 3 hours 23min on the phone today I am finally resorting to this, as I don't know how else to get cell c to talk to me so they can fix their problem. Paying for services and not getting the contractual service is theft, perhaps I should ask my lawyer for help?

I need the airtime, data and sms benefits I paid R599 for a week ago, I live on a farm and with all the farm attacks happening around me it extremely dangerous for me and my family to not be able to call someone for help in your time of need.
