Cell C contract (Unfair customer treatment)

My contract issue is not resolve with cell c. I am dissapointed the way am not respected or treatment I got from them. They said will call me to resolve the issue within 48 hrs. Up to my suprise, they unfairly **** to me and never take me serious with the below attached message. I forwared cell c all proof of payments but Bongani from escalations department could not answer me back after His untruthful reflection on this contract. I further and further insisted that He check and reconcile the account but decided to ignore me.

This is a message below showing unseriousness of my treatment regarding the sinsitive contract with my name is on bad records on transunion due to cell c's;
