Cell c contract terrible service

I upgraded my cell c contract, through the online deals took 2 cellphones , the delivery was very quick, there were delivered within 3 days , on arrival I noticed that 1 cellphone was broken, on the same afternoon i called and was told to call in the following day, i did , they took me from pillar ro post and eventually they said the phones will be collected, both of them , I have been waiting with no luck when I call I'm transferred from 1 agent to another. The service I'm getting is very bad .
