Cell C contract terrible service

I have a very bad experience with Cell C contract. My account was overdue last year and was handed over to Shapiro Shaik lawyers. Within 3 months the account was paid up. To my surprise when I check clear score, my credit score is vey low and shows no payment made to date (9 months later).

This frustrates me so much, because when I call Cell C, they refer me to lawyers back and forth.

All I want is a paid up letter, and the incorrect defaults to be removed in my name. I would never recommend anyone to use Cell C contract. My family and I have stopped.
