Cell C Contract Termination TORTURE

I had taken a 24 Month Contract with Cell C for a P20 Lite. The contract ended in July 2020. I was called by a Cell C Customer Service representative in June 2020 informing me of my contract end date if I would like to renew. I opted to not renew and gave my 30 day notice period thereof. It has now been three months of consistently phoning Cell C to cancel my contract yet my debit orders still go off every month. I am inundated by Cell C calls requesting me to take up new offers and they keep telling me that I am on a month to month contract. I am at my wits end!!!! If any Cell C Management does actually see this, I would love to be contacted and to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have actually started going into the branch (Carlswald) to make phone calls as I am done wasting my own airtime! It seems once you have taken a contract out with Cell C, you have taken out a contract for life.
