Cell C contract termination always problematic407
This is the 2nd time I had problems with the termination of my cell c contract. Today I have been transferred to 4 different people and no one could assist me. I have proof of payment sent to them to show I paid the outstanding amount and now they are handing me over to SSDA.

05 Aug 2024, 12:59I am just not getting any joy out of Cell C. Last week I received 2 sms’s whereby I have been handed over to SSDA. The one sms accusing me of ignoring to make payment. I tried phoning SSDA only to get their voicemail. Today I receive yet another sms from SSDA charging me interest on this account which was settled 2 months ago. Tried phoning SSDA again, no answer. No update from Cell C’s side. I am frustrated .
