Cell C contract Settlement

I settled my cell c account in 2021 and sent it to cell c on several occasions and to thier legal departments. I requested a settlement letter and never received it.

I even got a call in December from a cell c sales agent telling me I qualify for a new cellphone contract, I informed him I am still waiting for my settlement letter that is due to me by first week of June 2021. Fast forward it's 2022 now cell c has listed me and I cannot qualify for any more credit products anywhere.

I find this as a irresponsible thing from cell c and they are in violation of my rights as a consumer.
