Cell C Contract ****s

I've been with cell c for years, never had a problem till now. I had a laptop contract with them, contract was due to end march 2025, i called January to confirm this, they told me to call 30 days before for cancellation of the contract of which i did. To my surprise April i received a debit order, i reversed it and blocked it, then made a follow up. Guess what they told me.."contract is still active, no cancellation was made" so now they making their problem my problem. They told me they will investigate and get back to me.. Guess what..they didnt. Now again this month I'm receiving another invoice saying i owe for last month and this month, us charges. I called them again, they say case was closed🤷🏾.. So i asked them to fix their issue coz this one is really non of my problem..and if they debit again somehow, ill reverse it and take them to court simple!!
