cell c contract phone not working

<p>My brother got a cellphone contract with cellc 2 months ago and when he received the phone it wasn't working and he called cellc several times and he was told the phone will be collected I tried calling for him and I was told he needs to phone in himself and he works long distance at times he does not even have airtime to call and we even went to cell c The Glen mall we were told they are just a franschise we mustr direct the complaint direct to cell c and now they have debited his account twice for something that he has not used and he has been calling and been sent from pillar to post can anyone at cell c rectify this and call him ********** 847</p>
