Cell C contract phone *****

Since I wrote a review about the blacklisting of a ********** cellphone contract from Cell C on the 10th of May 2022 , they promised to escalate the matter and call me back by Friday, 13th May 2022. There hasn't been any communication from Cell C and the consultants at their store are still redirected to different people regarding the matter. Can I please be advised on other ways to resolves this matter as it is derailing me from a purchase I want to make. It's been a year of trying to clear my name as I have never taken out a contract with Cell C.
