Cell C Contract Phone Defaulty on my name

Hi Hello Peter. I am writing this review in the hope that I can get some Help and that this matter will be sorted out as I am very unhappy how this has turn out . Here is my story ... On the 28th of September I went to Cradlestone Cell C store to take out a phone for my husband for his birthday ... they help me and I had to give it to my husband to check if the phone is working correctly as you know you only have 7days of returning the phone there after it will only be repaired. When I gave the phone to my husband and as he place it on charge he notice the phone is not charging the phone . So we put everything back and went back to Cradleatone mall Cell C so that they can exchange it ... which did not happened... and while they where testing it they have drop the phone in front of my husband on the floor saying nothing has broken phone is still in order and my husband was very upset and asking them to give him another phone . They send the phone to repairs as an OBF Open Boxes failure.. I was there every day to find out about the phone on the Wednesday the consultant that has drop the phone scream as I enter the cell c store that I dont have to come everyday to find out how far the phone is ... and then I phone there head office still got all conversations where I tell them I do not longer want that phone first of all it was faulty because the charger did not work and then they drop the phone .... so I was talking to Thrish of the head office and said it is fine that I cancelled this contract but I have to go back to store to do cancelling there where they again treat you very rude ... on the friday the phone come back and all they replaced was the charger.... after I clear said I dont want that phone anymore . ... and Thrish also informed them that the store will be billed.... now the issue I am having is that for two months I have to reverse money as they keep on taking money from my account for a phone I do not have ... and had to move to bank Absa from capitec bank.... and if I didn't had some questions when I could not withdraw money from my account at absa and I would not have known that there is a default on my name because we want to buy a house ... and the default on my name is from cell c... for What? I dont Kan them any money or even have the phone .... please can you help me Hello Peter to get this matter sorted out... thank you in advance for any help you can give me and advice aswell .
