Cell c contract phone

I bought a tabloid last year which only worked a month , I called in on the contract customer care for help they told me that can't help me I must take my tabloid somewhere else to fix it mean while they still deducting money from my account even extra by R70 to what we agreed on. Helo Peter please help

Helo Peter Regarding this matter about the cell c contact tabloid I took it in 1 of their stores in Westgate on the 8th of March 2018 they said they will call me about when to collect it even today I'm still waiting for their call all I get is then calling me for deductions, please help
