Cell C -Contract Pains

<p>I had 3 contracts with Cell C. I phoned the customer service center to find out the procedure in cancelling my contracts. Customer service agent advised that after paying the outstanding contract amount I must send through a proof of payment and phone the customer service center again to advise I have made payment on which they will act and cancel my contracts. I phoned the customer service center again and advised them of the 2 numbers I want to cancel. The 3 contract number I will keep on contract as it is only R99 pm. The agent gave me the 2 amounts and also advised that I could be billed for the outstanding amount for the next month so I even paid extra on the amounts they gave. I sent through the proof of payment and phoned the customer service center after 3 working days for them to see the money reflecting. They acknowledged payment received and I received sms's to advise me my contracts are cancelled. After 2 months Cell C deducts my bank account with R4365 . I phoned and they advised me that it was some type of cancellation fee etc and the funds have to be allocated back to my account. Logged a request to customer service which it will take 2 working days to investigate and a further 7 days before I will receive my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissappointed with Cell C as now I dont even have enough money for my other account payments.!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Geraldine</p>
