Cell C contract nightmare
Zero stars. Years after my contract finished and I gave them 3 months notice to cancel, I am still getting emails from various attorneys to pay the account. It just doesn't stop. Worst service ever! I have a paid up letter but the calls and emails still continue.

17 Sept 2024, 16:22December 2022. It went on forever, they just wouldn't record the cancellation. End 2023, beginning 2024 I was told after investigation there was an amount outstanding. After settling it and getting the paid up letter from Brooke and Luyt, various attorneys call me, now it's Nimble group again. Every time they claim there is an amount outstanding.
