Cell C contract migration without consent
Signed a 24 month Pinnacle 600 conteact with Cell C which inculdes 600 any network minutes which I use up every month. Received an SMS yesterday that I will be migrated to another contract with 240 minutes with Subscription reduced by R30 per month?? No thanks- keep ne on current minute allocation... Call centre agents have no idea how to help.

Cell C will be simplifying its product portfolio and as a result a number of old plans will be discontinued. These plans will no longer be available for customers to buy or renew and all customers currently on any of the affected plans will be migrated to one of the newer packages in our product range.
