Cell C contract matters

I was on a month to month contract however it was converted to a 24 months contract without my consent, I tried canceling the agreement on 15/01/2023 and i was informed that the cancelation will be processed however that has not been done to date, cell c was suppose to deduct R368.93 however they deducted R562.78 on 14/01/2023 and R999.01 on 15/02/2023 when i spoke to the consultant I was informed that the cancelation has not been processed further they will deduct again 15/03/2023, this is very upsetting and poor service on cell c's part, not only did they charge the terms and conditions of the agreement without my consent but they are deducting an exorbitant amount, i want cell c to cancel the contract and refund me the amount deducted from my account immediately
