Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151

Received an SMS which says “OTP number: ******xx. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. Cell C.”

I attempted to call the number but regretfully all three agents had no clue what is was talking about. Kindly advise going forward as I have no contract or app**** for one. Looks like a scheme for telemarketing to get new clients
