Cell C contract is almost approved but I never app****.

I have received 3 SMS' from this number: ********** advising the following - OTP number:******. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. I have called this number and have not been able to get throught to a person to resolve this.

Please remedy!
