CELL C CONTRACT FULL OF NONSENSE
What the heck is wrong with Cell C, it been 3 months since I settled payment for my cellphone contract yet still they refuse to give me my paid up letter and SSDA is literally not assisting me with getting it as they were handling this account.

21 Dec 2021, 07:55It been more than 48 hours as previously discussed but still on my report cell c account hasn't been settled. It cannot be that hard to communicate with your legal team to sort this out this should have been sorted long time ago but still. I haven't received my paid up letter. I need it urgently as in last month it been way too long
