Cell C Contract Frustration!!!

I have been trying for 2 days now to just contact someone at the finance department to allocate funds from one account to another and also to rectify my bill but nobody at the call centre is able to assist me and the ********** email is full and cant even receive any emails. This is seriously unprofessional and unacceptable, I have been a customer with Cell-C for many years and now I regret ever taking out multiple contracts with them! After this issue is resolved (if it will even be resolved) - I am cancelling my contract and forgetting about this unprofessional company!
