Cell C Contract *****, No response. Poor service delivery

My uncle discovered in January 2019 that a ********** contract opened on his name on 14 November 2017. He reported the matter to Cell C and to date the matter has still not been resolved. It has been months since he first notified Cell C of the ***** and he even submitted an affidavit and a copy of his bank statement to confirm that he is being de*****ed. His emails are ignored and he has received little to no feedback from Cell C. Cell C is simply unbothered to respond or deal with his case. Yet every month they continue debiting his account. This is really unprofessional service. Please note that he will be seeking alternative legal remedies if he does not receive any feedback within the next 14 business days.

Please note that another debit order just went off his bank account. This for time for R1289.96. There has not been any reply since our first email. Because there has been no feedback re the investigation and another debit order went off you leave is with no other option than to seek an alternative legal remedy if the matter is not resolved as soon as reasonably possible and the debit orders is stopped.
Please also provide him with a copy of the contract and/or copy of the telephone recording during which the alleged contract was concluded. Can you also provide us with the address where the contract cellphone was delivered to and who signed for the parcel?
Your urgent attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
