Cell C contract

I have never received such poor customer service like I did with Cell C, I vehemently regret the day I ever took a contract with them. In October 2019, on countless occasion's I received verbal confirmation that my contract account has been settled and closed. Yet my account is still being debited. On the credit bureau, they have me listed which has resulted in my car finance being declined. I have spent so much time and money trying to resolve this pathetic issue for months now, they are *****ing from me and continue to do so. They have me listed on the credit bureau for absolutely no reason!! I have spent over R300.00 airtime staying on the line, being transferred from one department to the other, instead cleaning up their mess, the call Centre sends me from pillar to post. They are the worst service providers, cheap really is expensive
