Morning, I just want to confirm on when are you going to keep your promises, am still waiting till today no feedback.

But since last year August YOU have been requested urgency?
I need the paid up letter guys since u confirmed that you waiting to allocate the payment meaning u can see the that I've done the payment, while am waiting for you to allocate just give me the paid up letter.

So evert time I am the one who is requesting for an update?

Cell was calling just one when am answering they dropped the phone.

CELL C KINDLY NOTE THAT AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PAID UP LETTER..MEANING SINCE LAST JULY YOU DIDNT ALLOCATE THE PAYMENT SO THAT YOU WILL ISSUE THE PAID UP LETTER.

Then Cell C called me Wednesday and promised me that by Friday my issue will be resolved.
so i knew that they were trying to manipulate me.

because nothing has been resolved am tired of this now.

I paid the account in July 2022 then am doing a follow up for paid up letter they were telling me that they waiting to allocate the payment , then last week Wednesday they called and saying the latest day for paid up is FRIDAY,AGAIN TODAY WHEN AM DOING A FOLLOW UP THEY TELL THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN REVERSED,WHEN I ASKED HOW CAN I REVERSE THE MONEY THAT WAS PAID USING EASY PAY THEY FAIL TO ANSWER,CELL C IS A BIG ****.

AND AM TIRED OF YOUR LIES YOU ******** PEOPLE HOW CAN I REVERSE THE MONEY AFTER 7 MONTHS BECAUSE THE PAST 7 MONTHS YOU WERE WAITING TO ALLOCATE THE PAYMENT,THEN NOW THE MONEY WAS REVERSED....NXAAAA

I STILL HAVE THE PROOF OF PAYMENT WITH ME,YOU GUYS ARE SUCH A NONSENSE NXAAAAAAA

Since you were helping me you are the only person who is patience and trying her best to listen to my frustration, am glad that you resolved my issue since July 2022 been trying to resolved this but failing to get what i want until you handle my issue.
