Cell C Contract details not found
<p>I bought a contract phone at Nashua in 2014 April 22 after a year I got notified that Nashua does no longer exist instead Autopage has take over my cell phone contract, with that said my cell phone contract installment has been debited from my Account by Autopage until last year November when I decided to stop the debit and pay Autopage via EFT payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>This year in March I got no notification or whatsover communicating that Glocell has took over the Autopage mobile contracts in addition to that when I tried to call ther ********** 424 number I got notified that Autopage does no longer handle mobile contracts instead I will be directed to Glo- cell, when I interacted with a Glocell call center Agent he mentioned that they only have MTN and Vodacom mibile contracts only as for Cell C mobile contracts are still with Autopage.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of Autopage consultants just so that I can discontue my cell c Contract with them since I payed off the outstanding balance.</p> <p>I have been receiving endless smses from Autopage to pay my outstanding balance yet the balance has been paid of a while ago.</p> <p>on the 30 May 2016 I received an sms stating that my account us overdue to avoid suspension contact Maserame on ********** before 31/05/2016, I called back that number and it was engaged/ it was not going through I do not know what the hell is going on in that office honestly.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 10th June 2016 I received an sms notification stating the Autopage Absa banking details as well as the new contact numbers ( ********** 448), I called this number and listened to an annoying melody for close to 20 minutes before any of their consultants responded to me what ****ed me off is before I can even complete my query the 1st consultant hanged up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called 3 times and I spoke to 3 different people for the same matter and the 3rd person told me to email my proof of payment to their query email ********** did exactly that and I said this :</p> <p> </p> <p>""To Whom it may concern,</p> <p><br />Please note that the outstanding balance payment has been paid off as per the sms notification that was sent to me.</p> <p><br />in addition to the above may I request that my cell phone number be opened as it was soft locked until the outstanding amount is paid off, with that said I do no want the contract to continue as its end period was the 22 April 2016.</p> <p><br />I called your ********** 324 number it directed me to Glocell and I spoke to one of the consultant to inform them to discontinue the contract on this number the consultant advised that they only have MTN and Vodacom contracts from Autopage I should contact CellC to find out about my CellC contract, I called CellC they also advised that they do not have that my CellC number in they system.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Please advise on the above as I am no longer interested in continuing on this contract anymore I just want my Cell phone number only on prepaid. ""</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 13th June 2016 I still received an sms notification from Autopage stating that my account is overdue with an outstanding amount which has been paid already, provided I have emailed them my proof of payment a week ago.</p> <p>This is really annoying and irritating ,my Cell C simcard is still locked and even when I call Cell C the consultant there are telling me that they do not have the details of me Cell C contract number I really don't know what the hell is going on with my mobile contract especially because it has been to may mobile contracters and I have paid for this Mobile numeber nxa.</p>
