Cell C Contract

I had a contract with Cell C and decided to close it this year for I was not happy with their GB anymore. I paid off the amount and closed it in February 2020, every month they have been deducting money. It came to my attention that the employee who had assisted me didn’t send through the cancellation form. This week alone, they’ve deducted money from my account 3 times and I have been receiving such bad treatment even from the store manager in Ladysmith. Today he told me he’s busy and walked away from me while talking to me. I don’t want anything to do with Cell C, I just want my money back! Nobody in my circle is ever going to use Cell C ever again.
