Cell C Contract Complaint

I tried applying for a data contract with Cell C last week, I gave them all my details and a week later i still don't know if i have been approved or not. I tried calling the call center and the lady was rude and was of no help, all she said to me was that she will send an email to the consultant who assisted me in the beginning to call me back. I then tried tweeting Cell C and all they could tell me is that they are out of stock. It is honestly shocking that I have to wait a whole week just to get a response on if i have been approved for a contact. Also Cell C needs to teach their call center agents telephone etiquette.
