Cell c contract cellphone and contract

Cell C contract and insurance are the worst nightmare. Yooh can't wait to cut all ties with them. My husband got two cellphones on contract and gave me one. I lost mine on the 14th of Feb. I followed the procedure required for me to file for a claim. We then submitted at cell c. We kept on going to check the progress, we were not given any reference but shown on a computer that our claim was received. Almost a month into our claim we went to the store n we were informed the person who was assisting us no longer works there. We have to go fing the ITC number again go to police station again and get another case number . Mind u I'm heavily pregnant. Then we decided to just cancel the insurance since my situation does not not allow for such gallivanting and stress. We return to cancel the insurance but still the send a debit message inclusive of insurance. Yooh I'm so ****ed. It's like even when u try to cut ties they want to milk you further.

The response is that we only cancelled on the 20th and account was already billed. We cancelling coz insurance failed is and cell c by losing our claim documents and failing to submit our claim. As clients we suffering because of incompetence of cell c. All I can say is don't ever take a contract with cell c or insurance no matter how desperate you are rather use pay joy. This was a hard lesson learned.

What ****es me off is they always the first to debit and we never even missed a payment but when they fail to account for their employee's incompetence. We followed the cla procedure but they failed, guess they were never intending to replace the phone
