Cell C contract - Cell Number ***

Cell C Contract, I paid commitment value of R1280 because I wanted to cancel the cell c contract but to my surprise Cell C can not locate that payment which was made on the 21/05/2021 into a cell c nedbank account with account number *** with my account reference of ***.

Now Cell C is billing me and says I'm into arrears meanwhile I paid a commitment amount closing the account. Cell c is frustrating me because now it messing with my credit record and I won't tolerate that.
