Cell C contract

I'd rate them zero star if it was possible, i have/had a data/pocket router contract with cell C and i was not happy with their network coverage at all, regardless of where i am based, generally their network is just poor. When i took out the contract, the consultant assured me that cell C is the best when it comes to coverage, but to my misery i paid a service for a year without quality signal.

My last stroke was when the network bar on the pocket router is full but i still can not connect to the internet, i called them to complain and after the consultant did not acknowledge what i was complaining about, she said i must rather cancell the contract cos im hard headed, Ok i hang up n to my surprise the contract has been canceled today when i woke up.

The most frustrating thing is that i had topped up with 50gig data, 50 gig that i had paid R500 of my money... Now that 50 gig is gone, wjen i check the balance its 0.00...i paid for that 50gig with my money mind you.. Now they say it does not appear on their system that i had bought 50 gig.. Lol If they want to cancel my contract, thats fine by me.. But i want my remaining 35gig of the 50gig that i paid for with my money... It was a top up not a debit or whatever they call it, i paid for that data
