Cell C contract cancelled, STILL taking MY money

I have cancelled my contract with Cell C in November, I even paid the R750 penalty fee WITHIN 3 days. They instructed me to phone me once payment was made, which I did, and suprise surprise, three months later, they are STILL taking MY money.<br>
