Cell C contract Cancellation *******

<p>Kindly assist me with understanding how my invoice.</p> <p>My contract was due to end in Sep, that would have been my last debit order.</p> <p>I signed a contract of R389.00 a month, on the 24th of June 2017 an amount of R400.00 was deducted, I called on the 23rd of June to request a settlement amount to close of my account of which I was given an amount of R1424.87 to convert to prepaid, of which I paid that amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today am not understanding a further deduction of R450.00 that was debited from my account.</p> <p>From my understanding June was paid –R400.00 Debit order</p> <p> </p> <p>From the R1424.87, this is my understanding and this should have settled everything:</p> <p>July – R400.00</p> <p>August – R400.00</p> <p>September R400.00</p> <p>- which totals R1200.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Plus a further R224.87 which was early settlement fee, I need someone to explain why I was still debited, I fully paid what I was told and advised for closure and no further debits.</p> <p>If there was an issue then kindly refund me R1424.87 and continue debiting the reminder of august and September.</p> <p> </p> <p>Am so confused, your errors cannot affect the information that was given and provided to me, I need to be refunded today.</p>
