CELL C CONTRACT CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE.

I went to cell c Polokwane on Market street on Saturday 06 July 2019 where i was attended to by a lady who goes by the name Mpho. I asked her to check when is my contract expiring and how do I make sure that the contract is terminated when it comes to its end. She said my contract ends in August and to make sure that it is terminated I must call 084 143 a month prior to cancell it. I called the number in her presence and the message said the number does not exist and she than said I must call from my Cell C number. I told her that I don't have it anymore and I than suggested to use the phone in the shop of which she promptly refused, sending me to go look for someone with a cell c number and beg them to use their phone to make this cancellation call. If this is how Cell C operates, it sucks and I will never recommend it to worse enemy. Cancellation is never an easy process but Cell C is taking to whole new level or maybe it is the incompetence of the staff, i dont know!
