CELL c contract cancellation -mission impossible!!!!

Terrible service of individuals with a don't care attitude.

I called CELL C more than 8 times today being sent from pillar to post. 084 135 deliberately disconnects you when you state cancellation of contract after 5 years I've had this contract with them, in this 5 years I've never even skipped a single monthly payment. 084 143 not going through at all, in the 8 times I called I went through once and kept holding for more than 20 min. They blatantly lie and say they are transferring you to cancellation dept. then you are disconnected. I'm disgusted with this level of deception ,disregard for consumers and incompetence displayed.

Can someone please assist with a way forward on how to reach them to cancel.

Ill highly appreciate speedy response.

Cancelling your contract should not be this frustrating.  We have requested one of our team members make contact you in order to process your request.

I'm still struggling even this morning I called CELL C again, got cut off again. Spoke to Loyiso as soon as the poor guy tried to transfer me I'm cut off, my reference number for todays call is ********** ********** 74.
