CELL C contract cancellation is a nightmare.

I have been and still nagging for a lapsed data contract to be cancelled from April as the contract has past its term.

Firstly, I was told I renewed the contract, which I did NOT, and this clearly mean it was done without my concern and approval. Secondly, I was told the contract is cancelled after weeks of several calls requesting feedback.

Today when I’m doing a follow up I’m told the contract is still active and there are no records that shows that I’ve been calling numerously for the cancellation of this contract. it’s clear that there is delaying deliberate maneuvers in Cell C to make customers pay for the service that they don't need and use anymore.

I have three contracts with this service provider.
