Cell C contract cancellation
Cell C do not cancel customer contracts on instruction from customers! I gave written instruction to cancel my contracts after my phone was ******. I got written acknowledgment of cancellation and now 4 months later I have been billed for these 4 extra months and now they have cancelled finally due to non payment! What a joke!
I am happy to pay up to the date I sent instruction to cancel and when they acknowledged, but not beyond that point and certainly not for an extra 4 months!
Does anyone have the complaints email for the regulator or ombudsman so I can let them know this shocking customer service?

01 Feb 2024, 08:09Now Your collection agency is after me as you have not resolved this query - your collection agency has not got any context on when I cancelled the contracts (July 23) and how I was overcharged for 5 months to Dec 23.
Cell C don’t want to sort this out in writing which is a bit odd as they have a ‘written correspondence’ email which I have been dealing with. Now I must go to a police station and waste my time writing down the history of this dispute which a Cell C already have on record!
